Winneba Travelogue Video: "My Chance of a Lifetime"
In May 2009, teen filmmaker Quintin Franklyn of Light House Studio accompanied several other Charlottesville residents on a trip to Winneba, Ghana, to explore the establishment of a Sister City relationship between the two communities. The video below resulted from that journey. Enjoy.
