  1. I think it is incredibly interesting that you chose "MoRowe" to head up public relations/fundraising for this project. In particular, she has a blog, which you supported on 106.1 where she refers to herself regularly as a drunk and an even calls herself an alcoholic. Is this the best representation of CVILLE that you could provide a "government funded" project with? If so, CVILLE money really shouldn't be supporting this trip. What an embarrassment. Mayor Norris this representation really is in no way appropriate and you should inform her that "culturizing" the term she used on the latest community segment is not a word. Lastly, you aren't as she said "culturizing" this sister city, rather you are giving them the ability to promote literacy, learning and the gift of reading while creating a cost efficient and easy way to have access to information and books. You really need to think harder about the people you choose and the promotion you are making for this project. Lastly, supporting her blog on a family radio station when the material in her blog is both inappropriate and crude (alcoholism, traces her sexual endeavors) and is ENTIRELY out of line. Please take care of this "PR" issue or address it in your next "community segment." I am disheartened to learn of this individuals involvement in this project as you should have chosen someone who is educated and soundly engaged in the community. Her blog is a direct reason why she should not be involved.
