In September 2010, students and faculty from the Semester at Sea program (based at the University of Virginia) visited Charlottesville's newest Sister City of Winneba, Ghana to interact with students from the University of Education at Winneba and to observe the Ghanaian judicial system in action. The slide show below features some of the highlights of that visit.
